None-aerobic total body conditioning class. Various equipments such as steps, weights, and body bars are used. Increase strength and stability.

A mindful, energetic cardio class taught in barefeet. |

Yoga / Sun-Up Yoga

A total mind-body workout that improves functional strength, flexibility, muscle balance and relaxation. The class is taught with multi-level options making it suitable for all fitness levels.

Hardscrabble Class Policies |
|
- Spin are first come first serve.
- All classes are co-ed.
- Children 12 and under are not permitted to attend or sit in the classroom during class.
- Please inform your instructor of any orthopedic injuries, problems or pregnancy.
- Classes must have consistent attendance of 8 students to remain on the schedule.
- Have a blast!
All instructors are Group Fitness and CPR certified.
