Her personal journey of transformation and self-investigation combined with a love of ancient teachings inform the class experience. Connecting yoga practice to life gives an opportunity both on and off the mat, to be present and to observe with clarity. Vinyasa Flow offers well-rounded asana sequences connected through the breath. Postures include Sun Salutations, standing & balancing postures, seated & reclining poses and core strengthening. There is an understanding and refinement of the alignment of postures to gain greater physical awareness, strength, endurance and flexibility.
